Students enrolling must be admitted to Oklahoma State University. Enrollment is through self-service enrollment in Banner but prior permission to enroll must be obtained from the Office of Individual Study. Phone (405)744-6390, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to arrange this.
Standard Individual Study Tuition and Fees apply and are billed to a student's Bursar Account.

Add Drop Information:This course follows the standard OSU add/drop policies. However, please note that the Administration Fee and the Materials Fee are non-refundable once billed. Please see Oklahoma State University Registrar for more information.

Exam Information:If you live in the Stillwater area, exams are taken at the IS Office, 317 PIO Building. You do not need to submit a Request for Exam form when taking the exam in the office but will need to make an appointment.
